We are seeking an entrepreneurial Assistant Media Planner to join our rapidly growing Media team. The Assistant Media Planner is Razorfish’s entry level position within our Media Dept. The AMP reports to the Media Supervisor and supports our Media Planners and Senior Media Planners in providing Media knowledge and expertise to each Client Team. In addition to working with the Media Dept, the AMP will also work with Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers.
· Assist Media and Sr. Media Planners on media plan development
· Send RFP?s out
· Create and revise Insertion Orders
· Handle billing issues
· Utilize reporting and planning tools (Atlas, @Plan, AdRelevance)
· Report analysis support
· Take screen shots
· Contact/meet with vendors
· 0-2 years relevant media experience
· Bachelor`s degree, relevant courses or internships preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
· Excellent verbal/written communication skills
· Strong quantitative skills
· Time-management skills
· Demonstrated commitment to teamwork
